Our Policies

Arrival Time

In order to fully enjoy your services, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. We will do our best to always serve you, but please know that anything beyond a 10min late arrival can result in having to reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require a minimum of a 24 hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If a guest is un able to fulfill our cancellation policy or has persistent no shows, a credit card will be required to reserve any upcoming appointments.

Reservations

Guests wishing to reserve multiple services will be asked to secure their visit with a credit card.

Spa Day Packages / Parties

Please be prepared to provide a credit card to secure your party or spa day reservation along with a 50% deposit. A 72 hour cancellation notice is required for all parties and packages to avoid a 50% service charge.

Spa Tranquility

To ensure the personal relaxation of each and every one of our guests, we request that cell phones be turned off, and spa voices be used when entering the spa.

Children

We love your children, but our guests visit the spa to relax and rejuvenate themselves. We ask that your children are not brought to the spa unless they have a scheduled appointment.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are available in any dollar amount and can be used for individual services, treatment series, corporate gifts, products and gift baskets. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemable for cash or refund. HQ Salon and Spa does not replace lost gift cards. HQ Salon and Spa gift cards never expire!
