HQ Guest Rewards is a point based rewards program that rewards guests for every dollar they spend, every guest they refer and everytime they prebook their next reservation. How do you enroll? The good news is that by just being a guest in our salon and spa you are already enrolled. In order to redeem your points, we do ask for a valid e-mail we can use to keep in touch with you throughout the year.

How do I accumulate reward points?

It is easy; below is a list of various ways you can accumulate reward points and their assigned value:

500 Points for referring a new guest 100 Points for product purchases over $25 100 Points for each appointment booked at the time of checkout 5x's the amount in points for a package or series purchased Monthly specials and featured treatments earn Double Points

How much are HQ Guest Reward Points Worth?

1000 points = $5.00 credit to your reward account

How many reward points do I have?

A member of our guest service team can provide you with that information.

Do HQ Reward Points Expire?

Yes. Regardless of the amount accumulated, Reward points expire on July 31 of each calendar year. August 1st starts a new program. It is the clients responsibility to claim unredeemed reward points prior to expiration.

HQ Rewards ~ Terms and Conditions:

Pay in full - Reward points are redeemable as soon as you have earned enough points to purchase a service or product in full. Reward points cannot be redeemed for partial services or products  All rewards are subject to availability and are limited to Monday thru Friday redemption (excludes Saturdays)  Points earned exclude gift card purchases Points are non-transferable and have NO cash value Points may not be redeemed with any discounted services Points cannot be shared or distributed Points will be forfeited if there is no account activity for 6 months Point definitions can be changed without notice Pre-book points will be awarded upon check out of the pre-booked appointment We require 24 hour notice for cancellations, if notice is not provided points will be removed Program rules and conditions are subjected to change HQ Salon and Spa reserves the right, at their sole discretion, to discontinue point privileges and/or void all or a portion of reward points
