 Wedding Parties

• Deposit. A 50% deposit is required to reserve wedding party services. This deposit can be used towards the payment of services for the wedding party on their date(s) of service.
  
• Credit Card on File. A credit card must be kept on file for wedding functions. This credit card will only be used for incidentals such as late arrivals, no-shows, cancellations, etc. for anyone associated with the wedding party.
  
• Gratuities. An 18% gratuity will be added to all wedding services and packages.

Appointment Scheduling
We ask that you arrive fifteen minutes prior to your scheduled service time. In order to accommodate service requests and appointment times for you and your bridal party, it is important that arrangements are confirmed with our bridal coordinator at least 30 days prior to the event. We understand that unforeseen situations can occur in the planning of any occasion and we will make every effort to meet your needs. Please note, however, that our salon services are often booked quite far in advance and changes within 30 days may not be possible based on availability. We greatly appreaciate your efforts to finalize all service needs early in your planning process.

Onsite Wedding Services
Prices quoted upon request. Prices vary due to day of week and travel time. 

Cancellations, No-Shows and Confirmations
Service times will be confirmed approximately one week before the scheduled services, and a courtesy call will be made the evening before the scheduled appointments. Any appointment changes and/or cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the start time of the scheduled service(s) will be treated as a "no-show". A "no-show" is charged to the credit card on file for the full service amount.

Late Arrivals
It is imperative that services start on time for the wedding day. Our staff must be given an appropriate amount of time for the services that are scheduled for you and/or your wedding party. Late arrivals add an additional level of stress, and also effect the appointments that follow the wedding party.

Spa Parties
Give your bridal party their own cause for celebration…Before you say “I do” do something special for your friends, treat them to an “experience” from massage, facials, manicures, pedicures, to hair and make up services.  Each is a ceremony in itself. Start the celebration by scheduling your very own customized and personalized spa party!

• Six months prior
• Brides often make the mistake of getting a facial right before the wedding. The stimulation of the skin can cause it to breakout. By giving you a 6 month period of time, you can properly cleanse, tone, exfoliate, and nourish the skin and obtain that radiant appearance so many brides are looking for. We recommend having a facial once a month, scheduling the last one no later than 1 week before the wedding.

• Now that your skin is under control, time to start paying attention to your nails. We recommend getting a manicure every other week and a pedicure once a month or at least every six weeks. This is also a good time to take a look at your eyebrows and start getting them professionally shaped.

• Hair and makeup top priority now. With your hair up or down, is it a daytime or an evening affair and how will you feel the most comfortable? Look at photographs of hair and makeup you like and bring it with you when you go for your trial.

• Schedule your final haircut and hair color three weeks before the wedding. Schedule your hair and makeup trial.

• Now the wedding is close and you probably need some time to relax, book a couples massage where you and your fiancé can take a deep breath and relax.

• Have your last waxing the week before your wedding/honeymoon.

• Keep this day simple. Come in for a pampering spa manicure and pedicure to make sure your hands and feet are looking and feeling Great!
  
  
• Your Wedding Day
• Come in for your hair and makeup and make sure you wear a button down shirt (don’t ruin your hair) Take a deep breath and enjoy…its your wedding!
